What we collect when you use this site or send us an enquiry, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.

Two things, and nothing else.
This site runs Google Tag Manager, which loads the measurement and advertising tags we use to see which pages and which campaigns lead to an enquiry. Those tags set cookies in your browser, and Google can read them on other sites you visit, which is how advertising measurement works. We use it to count enquiries and attribute them to a campaign. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not sell or share what it collects.
Your browser’s cookie controls turn it off, as do Google’s own ad settings at myadcenter.google.com.
Fonts are served from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font files from Google and Google sees the request; we receive nothing from it.
To answer your enquiry, and to know which of our own campaigns brought you here. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in an enquiry form.
The enquiry form is a Pipedrive web form: what you type into it goes straight into Pipedrive, the customer relationship manager we run our client work in. This site is hosted by Netlify, whose servers see every request it serves. The measurement tags described above send Google what they collect. Our email is hosted on a commercial provider.
They all hold data outside Australia. The Privacy Act permits that provided we take reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection, and we have satisfied ourselves that they do. We do not use any of them to build advertising profiles of you.
Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us to delete yours and we will.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the form on our contact page, or call 03 9699 4585, and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
If this policy changes we will replace this page and the date below. We do not keep an archive of previous versions.
